FLEET SUPPORT AND MANAGEMENT

Operations department manages the whole company’s fleet, drivers and plan routes for vehicles on daily basis. The team also handle all load execution, from pick up points to delivery.

  • Company’s main routes covers Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Gauteng, North West, Free State, Kwa Zulu Natal, Eastern Cape and Western Cape.
  • Operator manages and control drivers, fleet controllers and fleet for loading and off-loading Clients products.
  • Clients are always kept updated all the time, with all required information.
  • Our vehicles are well maintained and serviced by certified dealerships and accredited workshop.
  • 24/7 Operations fleet Monitoring Services and on road execution monitoring.
  • We have a qualified and hands-on team of drivers, technicians as well as dedicated 24/7 standby breakdown vehicles, every day of the year.
  • All trucks are subject to pre-trip inspection – a thorough vehicle covering, which includes, amongst other items, the tyres, lights, electrics, brakes, oil, and fridge temperature (Reefer Container).
  • All parts are checked to ensure that the truck and trailer is ready and safe for its next journey.
  • Post-trip, trucks are checked and cleared by security before being stripped of road dirt and grime.

  • MW VERVOER ensures and guarantees that vehicle supplied to the client complies with the client’s specific Goods-in-transit insurance requirements.
  • This ensures that the client’s product is covered for damage or loss from the moment the vehicle departs from the loading points until it arrives to its destination points.
  • All vehicles are under 24hr surveillance, as our fleet is equipped with latest and updated vehicle tracking systems to view and monitor vehicles in-transit.
  • Through modern and sophisticated live internet-based applications, our fleet includes user friendly alerts and panic buttons for drivers in case of emergency.
  • These vehicles are monitored using GPS location and navigation technology to make sure they are always visible and operational to avoid unforeseen loss, damage and theft.
